The week in camp was more interesting than most. There was inter-battery badminton competition which I participated in even though my movement pretty much like a blob of jelly. Just, slow, languid and gelatinous. Yeah but it was fun to get away from office. Plus I won some matches which is always a bonus.   

And then on friday I went out with ZH, who's currently studying medicine at NUS and has a pretty hip life. He told me that he didn't know how my fractured finger would ever move properly again and to hear that from a medical perspective was greatly heartening -_-. Haha anyway it was nice to catch up and hear about his multiple girl problems. University life sounds pretty exciting with all the events and social activity, even though I can't say I'm much of a social animal.  

After dinner Benson joined us for a movie. Max Payne is pretty shitty. Don't watch it. I knew we were in for an epic fail movie when I noticed it got 3% from rottentomatoes. The vibe that I kept getting was "cheap B-grade movie". It was an uninteresting detective movie more than an action thriller. Max Payne from the game is just so much more conflicted and badass. After that we went to hang out at esplanade and ZH let me listen to some of his band/solo recordings. One i liked, the other not so much.
