Mmm, I can't say this week has been particularly eventful. Course on tuesday, off on wednesday, had an ok thursday..then a whatever friday. I did however play badminton on Thursday. It was momentous for the fact that it's the first bit of exercise I've done in 3 months. I know that's an ugly, ugly piece of trivia but I guess life isn't pretty.

It's amazing how much a bit of passion can motivate you to move your ass. I had a lot of fun and the exercise part was really just a bonus. Ah but the aftermath was pretty brutal. I'm still hurting all over the right side of my body and I've been hobbling around the house. Ah but that's just karma.
