PECKPOST
Woah dude thats actually quite freaky, moreso because it was subconscious. You take care and avoid being mind-controlled again plx. I don't do a lot of weird things when I'm asleep but I know that my later secondary school years I had this period where it was damn near impossible to wake me up from a night nap. I would always be stuck in this stupour somewhere between the conscious and subconscious and I would just unconsciously push people away while being fully aware of what I was doing (though helpless to stop it). How do I put it...kind of like trying to suppress a reflex action. I remember once I got up, pushed and shoved my mum till she was out of the door. The next day she was really pissed with me and I was like sorrie ma I just can't help it.
Anyway I got my nerd ns glasses yesterday. I've been wearing them to get used to them and they really do make you more self-conscious. I get a little paranoid of people staring at me. Like this old fart on the treadmill was almost peering into my face for 3 minutes while I was running. If that was not disconcerting enough, he then farted. I was cursing so bad in my head. Anyway I think what has really helped me with my running has been listening to music. It definitely helps to distract you from your own body. Sometimes the lyrics are really apt. I remember towards the end of my run Harder to Breathe by M5 started playing and it got me really pumped. Hmm I hope that without the music I can still run as fast and far.
Well my thoughts are really all over the place because I'm kind of in a daze. Oh yeah on days that I sleep really late (like have matches) I've actually had to balls to KO at the club in the morning. I'll go to these sofas outside that are meant for smoking areas (no smokers in the morn) and I'll just sleep for 2 hours. I probably look like a hobo actually but it doesn't bother me :)
And actually I've been spending my past 2 days watching the korean serial coffee prince online. Mm its quite nice and the lead female can seriously cry me a river. K off to watch match.
