ARmy bout to claim its casualty!!! Woke up at 4.3o am this morning feeling breathless and dizzy couldnt walk properly lal. Im still a little woozy now but much better. I was half afraid that id get a sudden heart attk or lung explosion or chest concavation (i say inventing a new word) or heat stroke or smth. My sister sez its cuz i lack enough salts in me body (after all the training and whatnot) so i took 2 cans of 100 plus :D. My whole body is in tremendous pain ie my ribs hurt when i cough lightly LOL. But ah well gotta get used to it. WOrd of advice to survive in armee:
There are 3 things you need to keep in mind to keep yourself going:
1) For the religious, God obviously
2) The next book out day/time
3) For the despairing and for mondays, something else you want to do this for. ie trying to not look as ugly as you are right now, to impress someone, to see how much you can take before dying etcetc.
I find it highly useful to replay these things in my mind over and over again when my face is pressed against the burning midday cement floor, or when im about to pook after the 8th sprinting interval. Once youve found yourself a reason to hold on too training doesnt seem so bad after all! Peck plz get downgraded or medical reviewed again and again until you are becuz your skin might rot right off you. :D
